Patient information

Patient records that support the work of your facility

Register patients, find their records and review available visit information from one place. Syrup Health keeps patient information organised for the staff members who are authorised to use it.

Find the information staff need

Patient registration creates the record that staff use when providing services at the facility. The patient directory gives authorised users a place to find registered patients and open the information available to them.

Access to patient information is controlled through the permissions assigned to each staff member. Staff should only see the functions and information their facility has authorised them to use.

Patient registration

Register patients at the facility and maintain their identifying and demographic information.

Patient directory

Find existing patient records and open the relevant information using the access granted to your account.

Visit history

Review available patient visits and related clinical information as part of continuing care.

A patient summary designed for quick review

Syrup Health brings key patient information into a summary view. Configurable colour presentation helps distinguish information in the patient summary according to the facility's setup.

The summary is part of the patient's wider record. Staff can continue to the relevant visit or clinical area where their permissions allow it.

Patient information remains access-controlled

Patient records are not made available to every user by default. Syrup Health uses staff permissions to control access to patient-related functions.
